Thanks NTSA for your care for all road users. I’ll observe the rules and regulations as always. God first.

Police officers regularly stop cars for worn out tyre’s even when the tyre’s are reasonably good. What criteria is used to determine the tyre’s are worn out
There is a horizontal small line like a minus at the middle of the outer lines of the tyre.when those like underscore lines have been reached know that your tyres are almost done.thanks John
Compliance is mandatory its a precaution to road safety.
Not carrying a valid driving license should not be an offense as long as it can be verified using one’s ID!!
For sure.
Happy new year NTSA,, I salute you for the good job ,,, but my question is, where did this fine paind police station or Court,,,
Well noted update
Where can you check the system? If someone has a valid document where can you Play
This rules will help to save many life of Kenyan citizens.
It’s good for everyone to adhere to the rules to save his/her life and that of a Kenyan citizen.
On the side of driving while using a phone what if am using a map to reach where I don’t know
You can stick your phone somewhere on the dashboard.
well noted
Navigation using map doesn’t need your hands therefore no offence, but charting, making calls … avoid that line
What if am an on line driver how can I drive without a 📱
lets hear from other online drivers
Rip

Thank you for information
wellcome,read more greta stories here
Thanks for info.
My concern is rules/regulations for Mortobikes driving in towns when lights are Red and confusing pedestrians .
Should they stop like other mortorists
Noted
Failure to renew licence is ambiguous… What happens if I’m not in position to drive? Or who does it apply to specifically?
Very good and important information thank you
Most of these penalties needs to be revised downwards otherwise corruption will thrive.
Why should we have a speed limit on nrb express way
It should not be mandatory to carry/produce a physical driving license in this digital era.
This should be verified online and save motorists any confrontation with traffic police.
Some of the traffic police maliciously confiscate driving licenses for bribe solicitation.
Well noted,
Thanks.
When driving Uber was stopped by police officer at buruburu they demanded logbook which has particular of psv and yet loaned cars cannot be changed since not paid fully. Kindly address this issue I have heard from my fellow Uber drivers are being harrased mostly in Buburu.
The fines might be acceptable but, if paying them immediately online is not allowed, it’s just nonsense. How many people would willingly waste a morning sitting in court when there is usually a wrong, but quicker and easier alternative.
What about those who overtake on the left side
I have the following questions:
1. What’s the fine for driving with an expired insurance cover?
2. What’s the fine for not displaying a valid insurance cover?

Taken positively and thank you for the updates. I personally I will adhere to this for my safety
and passengers. Am a rider and I will share to others.

Most offences are done by matatu drivers and boda drivers who are never stopped or fined because of a 50 Bob note every time.what measures have traffic office taken on that.?
Is it possible for a paybill to b availed and the fine paid instantly while the driver proceeds with their missions. This will save time.
In the spirit of caring for the environment NTSA should penalize heavily road users who throw rubbish, plastic containers and papers on the road. They should partner with NEMA to address this menace.
NTSA, you haven’t mention driving without a valid Insurance, Is this not an offence?
